Site Engineer


As Site Engineer, you will provide assistance to the Project Engineer in the preparation and implementation of design plans, value engineering, cost planning, contract awarding and project management monitoring.


A. Design Phase

• Prepares project construction schedules

• Prepares project and material cost based on approved drawings and specification

• Prepares bid documents, bill of quantities, contract preparation and administration

• Attend Pre-Bid/Bidding conferences


B. Pre-Construction Phase

• Conduct Pre-Construction meetings in coordination with Project Managers (if any)

• Prepare Material Requisition Slip of Owner Supplied Materials and ensure on-time delivery

• Prepares Materials take off and quantity  surveying in all discipline


C. Construction Phase

• Conduct periodic site inspection to monitor construction, project management progress and ensure that approved plans for construction are properly implemented

• Coordinate project site requirements to concerned departments to avoid delays

• Prepare project status reports including on site incidents/events that may affect implementation schedule

• Conduct punch listing of all substantially completed projects

• Attend on site technical meetings and ensure that minutes are properly taken

• Validate contractor’s billing and claims based on actual accomplishment


D. Supervise and monitor the performance of technical workers and contractors at the site


E. Perform other functions that may be assigned by higher authorities



OperationS Manager


The Operations Manager oversees the entire operations of Club Ananda & Crust Brick Oven Pizza restaurant.


• Operations include housekeeping, security, public relations, food service, sales and finances

• Creating a work schedule and training staff are all duties

• The operations manager will sometimes get to assign special discounts or honor advertising promotions with prior approval of Top Management

• Male or Female not more than 40yrs old with 3-5 yrs experience handling Hotel & Restaurant Operation
