Sandari Batulao: An 800-hectare natural studio for pre-nuptial photoshoots
March 01, 2012

The picturesque sceneries of Sandari Batulao, a high-end mountainside community being developed by fast rising real estate company Citystate Properties & Management Corporation (CPMC), recently served as the perfect setting for the nature-inspired pre-nuptial photoshoot of newlyweds Lester and Maricel Binban. Captured against Sandari Batulao’s sweeping green landscapes, colorful flora and beautiful South East Asian architecture, the long-time friends turned lovers radiated utter happiness and love as they posed in their equally gorgeous contemporary and Filipiniana outfits.
“The day of the photoshoot was actually our first time to see the place,” shares Lester, “but we were not disappointed at all because we immediately fell in love with it. We felt that Sandari Batulao’s beauty and ambiance helped share our story as a couple through these photos.”
The couple’s love affair with Sandari Batulao did not stop at their pre-nuptial photoshoot as the newlyweds also became lot owners at Nalé, the initial residential community being offered at Sandari Batulao. “My wife, who was then my girlfriend, was the one who actually encouraged me to buy a lot at Sandari Batulao after seeing photos of the place on the internet,” Lester adds. “There were some ongoing promos at that time so we immediately took advantage of it. We absolutely love everything about Sandari Batulao: the location, the environment and the beauty of nature that it presents to us. This is the perfect place for us. We look forward to the day when we can finally move in to our home at Sandari and start this new chapter of our lives together in this wonderful place.”
Sandari Batulao is an 800-hectare eco centric, high-end mountainside community located at Km 77, Batulao, Nasugbu, Batangas, along the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Tourism Highway and just 10 minutes away from Metro Tagaytay.
