About CPMC

Citystate Properties and Management Corporation (CPMC), a joint venture of Filipino and Singaporean investors, was incorporated and registered with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) in March 2007 with an aim to develop and deliver a mixed-use development in Nasugbu, Batangas.

As the first property development corporation of the ALC Group, CPMC aims to transform the real estate industry by advocating nature-oriented living towards the satisfaction of its clients.

CPMC is a new addition to diverse business offerings of ALC Group of Companies that range from financial services, banking, insurance, pre-need products, media services, car dealership, hotels and healthcare services.
