  • The First Homely House at Sandari Batulao

Light and airy. These were the first attributes to the very first house to be built in Sandari Batulao, an up-and-coming residential, commercial and recreational community situated in the rolling valleys between Mounts Batulao and Talamitam in Batangas. True to its vision of making a seamless weave of the natural beauty of the area and the best eco-sensitive facilities, the first house to be built in Sandari Batulao makes full use of all that the beautiful landscape has to offer. Situated at the Fern enclave of Nalé, the house is a 260-square meter Asian-inspired construction on a 376 square meter lot. Sandari Batulao developer Citystate Properties and Management Corp. (CPMC) has commissioned veteran architect Romeo Datiles for the project, and his inspiration was an amalgamation of the Asian theme of Nalé, and the modernist vision of CPMC president Dominga Rufina Cabangon Chua. “We started with the basic Asian theme,” Datiles said. “But we evolved and it eventually became a combination of a modernist design and some cubism aesthetic.” But the most important part of the house is the integration of features that will fully utilize Sandari Batulao’s prime location. Windows are abundant in this two-storey house in order to let in the maximum amount of light and allow the cool air of the area to circulate. Inside, a spacious living and dining area brings comfort to future guests of the house, and the den is convertible to a guest room, making the house the perfect peg for families wishing to pattern their own Sandari Batulao homes on this structure. Set to be finished in early November of this year, the first house in Sandari Batulao is but a glimpse of the vision of an eco-sensitive community where one can enjoy life with nature.
  • NalĂ© Updates

Pools   Soon, you can enjoy your beautiful mountainview while lounging in a world-class infinity pool. Citystate Properties and Management Corp. (CPMC) has started the excavation on the swimming pools of the Ananda Resort Clubhouse, with the lap pool, the kiddie pool and the river pool now marked for construction. Set to open by the end of the year, the pools are just but one of the exciting amenities soon to be ready in Nalé.   Roadworks and the perimeter wall   Construction on the Fern Enclave continues to drive on as drainage and block gradings are starting to show the comprehensive community that will be Nalé.  Excavation works for the sewer manholes are committed to bringing proper drainage systems to the neighbourhood, ensuring a flood-free and eco-friendly community, and construction on Blocks 5, 6, and 7 of the Fern Enclave are already reflecting the project’s vision.   Also, having a secure neighbourhood is of utmost importance to CPMC, and the fourth and fifth phases of the perimeter wall project will soon commence. The fourth phase of the project will define Nalé’s borders from the Barangay Kaylaway Road, and the fifth phase sets the border between the Bamboo Enclave and the Roxas property on the right side of  Nalé.
